Retired Classroom Educator I was very fortunate to work as an elementary school classroom teacher for twenty years in California. I am most happy when I am teaching & sharing what I know. In this program we will meet in person & sometimes on Zoom. We will visit the grocery store to learn how to make good choices while shopping. We will watch educational videos on related topics. We will also learn how to do simple Yoga postures along with healing breath work & meditation.
