Holistic Healing with Heera is a platform to educate people about regaining their health & eliminating all types of chronic conditions. Training is given in how to follow a Whole Foods Plant Based Low Fat diet to reduce inflammation & get rid of the life style diseases. Workshops are also provided on Yoga, Prānāyām (Healing breath work) & Meditation. Our goal is to provide this healing way of life to maximum number of people.

1. By presenting workshops, lectures, cooking demonstrations, screening documentaries, & taking trips to the grocery store.

2. By working with people & training them one on one & in groups via Daily feedback via email, WhatsApp group & Q & A sessions, Facebook group, weekly meetings on Zoom, etc.

3. By providing training in Yoga, Prānāyām-Healing Breath-Work, How to start a walking program, & Mindfulness Meditation.
